He is currently not working and spends his time taking care of the house. He will live there with his father Juan (the beneficiary) and his brothers Álvaro (23 years old) and Franklin (20 years old), but none of them were at home at the time of the interview.
They have lived in the same place for 30 years, which is also the age of the house. It is made of metal sheets and wooden posts, with roof tiles as well. However, the house is in poor condition and the space is too small for all of them.
